Microsoft Learning Download Center not working

I am able to login into Microsoft Learning Download Center.

But cannot download any content.

Attached herewith the screenshot of error message.

I've tried all means.

Even tried in-private mode browser too.

Nothing worked.

Please help.

We've received multiple reports from other MCTs regarding login errors in the Learning Download Center (LDC). Ensuring excellent service is our top priority, and we highly value your partnership with us.

To address this issue, we've promptly escalated it to our support team for a thorough investigation and swift resolution. @Julian is correct, please stay informed by checking our sticky post, which will focus on resolution updates.

Meanwhile,
if you need urgent access to Microsoft courseware for an upcoming delivery, please post your request on the MCT Community Cafe. Our community can support each other by sharing PowerPoint decks and other trainer materials during the temporary outage of the Learning Download Center (LDC). This system outage was unplanned, so we are informing you as quickly as possible and are working to provide alternative options for trainers to access course materials.

While we work on resolving this issue, we kindly request your patience as we establish a resolution timeline. Your satisfaction is crucial to us.

I made a follow up with our Support Team and they informed me that they are still looking into the root cause of this issue.

Meanwhile, if you need urgent access to Microsoft courseware for an upcoming delivery, please visit the Temporary Solution to LDC Outage - Microsoft Community Hub. We've established a temporary solution using a OneDrive link shared by fellow MCT.

As per the latest update in the sticky post, the LDC has resumed normal download operations. However, please note that the Learning Download Manager (LDM) Tool is currently not functional.

For now, you will need to use the browser-based download method, which can be activated through the FAQ (LDC) page under the Download section.

Please be aware that due to intermittent issues, it's recommended to download each training file individually rather than attempting batch downloads. For the best experience, we highly recommend using an InPrivate browsing window in Microsoft Edge when accessing the LDC.

To stay updated with the latest information, I suggest subscribing to the sticky post for immediate updates.

If there's anything else you need assistance with regarding the Learning Download Center, feel free to reach out.
