MOC and custom courses

Hi,

I am an MCT working as a freelancer and had some questions about delivering MOC and custom courses:

1) Can I deliver, for example, the AZ-104 course to private organizations?

2) How can I get the material to distribute to the students?

3) Do I need to deliver one survey from MTM for every individual course?

I'm not working on a partner or learning partner.

Hi Victor, 

In order to get free Microsoft Official Course (MOC) student courseware licenses from Courseware Marketplace, the MCT needs to either work with a Learning Partner to do so, or join on their own Learning Action Pack Partner.  They can get one license to the student courseware for preparatory purposes only, by going to Courseware Marketplace and ordering a MOC course or a Community Course.

An MCT is prohibited from sharing (Skillpipe) courseware licenses with students per their MCT membership agreement and per the End User License Agreement for MOC courseware.  MCTs must work with either a qualified MPN Partner, MPN Partner with Learning Option (Learning Partner), or Microsoft Imagine Academy (member academic institutions) who are authorized to purchase courseware from Courseware Marketplace.

The only exception to this is a program that was put in place partly to support freelance MCTs to conduct their own training classes, and that’s the Learning Action Pack Program (as I've also mentioned above).  MCTs can become a Learning Action Pack partner and teach Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) externally. I've also sent you a private message with the instructions on how to become a Learning Action Pack partner.

You will need to order labs from an Authorized Lab Hoster, you can find all the details necessary in the Courseware Marketplace FAQs under: "Order Microsoft Official Courseware and Online Labs from an Authorized Lab Hoster on the Courseware Marketplace".
