MSDN Subscription benefits missing

I having the same issue I had last year too.

The MSDN subscriptions have suddenly disappeared. 

Al l the common troubleshooting steps to check the email id is correct and also the browsers being used.

We have received an update from our Support Team, they have mentioned that your MSDN subscription is now fixed.

 

Kindly check on your end, if in case that the still occurs, please send us a new step-by-step recording from the time you log in to your MCT Benefits until the discrepancy is shown using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR).

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
