MTM ID changed from username into email address and I cannot update it in MCT renewal process
I am MCT since 2003 and I have MTM account for many years. There was no problem at all in the linkage between my MTM account to my MCT account. However, it seems that MTM changed the ID from username into email address. When I renew my MCT now, I found
that the MCT renewal process are still showing my MTM username rather than MTM email address, and I tried to click Update and no luck (seems no way to update it, I update into email and Press "Tab" or "Enter", there is no response in the page. )
The MTM ID has been changed and should be updated through the
enrollment tool.
Alternatively, you may manually upload your MTM score report or training summary into the enrollment tool.
