My teaching credentials are still pending approval

Good morning,

My teaching credentials have been pending and more time has passed than the 4 business days it says it will take. I have work lined up but cannot start the job without my MCT. Can someone check and see why it takes so long?

I'm getting so frustrated. I cannot attach a file to these messages, only a picture or a hyperlink. I have recorded it, but it is a zip file. How do I attach? I have been out of work for 6 months now due to this virus and I have work lined up, but cannot start without my MCT. And everytime I respond to you it takes a full day to get a reply. I submitted my teaching credentials two weeks ago! I could have been getting an income for two weeks now! I have two kids I need to take care of. This is not okay. Please help.

Please apply for new MCT application and revert to me if you are still getting an error, so I can get back to our support team.

I have confirmed your enrolment still shows pending, since the certification you provided is not included on the list of certifications to qualify you for MCT.

 

You may still enroll for MCT with the help of a personal reference. Email notification for personal reference is sent within 24-48 hours after adding your professional reference in the enrollment tool.

 

Please check on your junk or spam folders if you did not receive the email to your inbox.

 

You may also visit this link for more information on how to become a MCT.
