It is possible that this will be tagged as “no show” since you were not able to attend the exam and will no longer show in the dashboard.
If this was scheduled through PearsonVue, under "Exam Provider," select "PearsonVue." From the PearsonVue dashboard, there's also two options, either to cancel or reschedule.
Meanwhile, I would recommend to contact the testing center for assistance in rescheduling the exam.
