Page for scheduling exam doesn't load and many issues with Pearsonvue

The page for scheduling the DP201 is not loading. Also, I am very unpleased about the service from Pearson Vue and I actually need to reschedule this exam via Pearson Vue but they seem to take a week to get back to me (while DP201 is due to expire June 30).

So if I could get some help rescheduling (already took the exam and was surely to pass but the network dropped at the end and canceled the exam) the DP201 or if anyone can tell me if there is an exception in my case to take the exam after June 30, that would be great.

We would also like to apologize for the confusion this may have caused.

 

Regarding the retirement date of DP-201, I have confirmed that the exam is set to retire on July 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM US Central Standard Time.

 

As for the page not loading when trying to schedule the exam, we recommend the following workaround:

 

  1. Use the new MS Edge browser that you can download here.

  2. Make sure to disable the Block all third party cookies function from the browser settings.

  3. Clear cache and cookies.

  4. Go to Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

  5. Sign in with your Microsoft account and password.

  6. On Your Dashboard, click on click Schedule next exam button to select your exam.

  7. Once selected, go to Edit your certification profile.

  8. Fill out all required fields. (Marked with asterisk *). Note: Make sure that the information in your certification profile is complete and correct specially your address and remove any special characters as the system will only accept Roman (English)Alphabets.

  9. Click Continue and proceed in registering your exam.

 

If the steps above did not work, you can provide us with the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder)  of the incident starting from the sign in page until you reach the error through private message so we can escalate it to our Support team. (please make sure to capture all steps above including the troubleshooting done in the PSR).

 

About rescheduling the exam, please be advised that this can only be done by the exam provider as we do not have the capability to modify your exam registration.

 

If you still have not receive any update from Pearson VUE regarding your reschedule request, I can try to escalate this also to our Support team for recommendation. Although this process may take up to 3-5 business days as this is considered as a standard escalations.
