Redeem azure pass

I need to know the web site to redeem my MCT Pass I have a voucher id but have no clue as how to redeem it the 

normal web sit gives following error:

You can redeem your Azure Pass by going through the website: https://www.microsoftazurepass.com

 

If you are encountering an error message, please perform basic troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, cookies and browsing history and use IE, Edge or In-private browser (Ctrl + Shift + P).

 

Then follow the steps below to redeem and activate your Azure Pass:

 

Step 1: Redeeming a Microsoft Azure Pass Promo Code:

 

1.     Open a browser and navigate to: https://www.microsoftazurepass.com. (It is recommended you close all browsers and open a new In-private Browser session. Other log-ins can persist and may cause errors during the activation steps.)

2.     Click the Start button to get started.

3.     Enter your account login information and select “Sign In”

4.     Click “Confirm” if the correct email address is listed.

5.     Enter your promo code in the Promo Code box and click “Claim Promo Code.” (Note: It may take up to 5 minutes to process redemption.)

 

Step 2: Activate your subscription:

 

1.     When the redemption process above is completed, you will be redirected to the sign up page.

2.     Enter your account information and click “Next.”

3.     Click the agreement check box and click the Sign up button. (Note: It may take a few minutes to process your request.)

4.     Your Azure Pass is ready.

 

Once Azure Pass is activated, you will be given $100 USD of Azure credit that you can access at https://account.windowsazure.com.

 

In the future, you can navigate directly to the management portal at https://manage.windowsazure.com.

In this case, please provide me a step-by-step screenshot of your action by using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR ; can be searched on your Windows PC) until you get to the error message then send it to the private message I have initiated alongside with your account information to locate and verify your profile.
