Unable to access MSDN Benefits after migration to Visual Studio
After migrating my MSDN subscription to my.visualstudio.com I'm unable to download any of the software I used to be able to download. I am still able to see my Product Keys, however. I have verified that I am logging in with my correct Microsoft ID.
Since you have used the correct Microsoft account and still unable to view your Software & Services subscription, please respond to the
private message I have sent, found by clicking the message icon
on the upper right corner, so I can locate and review your MCT profile.
