Unable to Login To the MCT Download Center

I'm having trouble logging into the MCT Download Center.  This is the error I get.

Microsoft Certified Trainers should login with Microsoft Certification Account.

I'm logging with the email address that has been associated with my MCT for over 20 years.


I get the same result with both Chrome and Edge.  In Chrome, I have tried Incognito Mode.


I have tried this on two different machines.

My MCT is valid until May 2021.  I just renewed it on Mar 30, 2021.

Thank you for sharing the steps you already did to resolve the issue.

 

To access the LDC site, please ensure you are using the latest Edge version or Internet Explorer browser, Clearing the cache and cookies of the browser will also help reload the page.

 

In case that you are having the same issue, please send with us a Problem Steps Recorder (PSR), from the time you sign in until the time you get the error. Also, please make sure the PSR will show that you followed the troubleshooting steps as these are all necessary when sharing your details to our support team for assistance.

Once I have the PSR, I may escalate your case to our Technical Support Team for further assistance.
