Why i can't Qualify Microsoft 365 Developer Program

I am now learning Microsoft Project. But can't access in my personal account so i am trying to create a dev account. But..

I have to practice this app for my future perseptive.

I recognize your eagerness to explore customizations in Office 365 products through the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. Encountering issues during sign-up can be indeed challenging, and I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing. Let me provide guidance on this.

Please be advised that the support team you've reached is Microsoft Certified Trainer which primarily handles inquiries related to MCT renewal/enrollment, benefits, and access to various platforms like the Learning Download Center and MCT Lounge. Thus, I will make sure to provide feasible information that can be beneficial on such matters.

I would like to notify you that we've received numerous reports from other candidates who are facing error messages stating, "You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription," during their sandbox setup and we recommend these guidelines:
 

  • If you're an active MCT with a Visual Studio Subscription, I suggest reaching out to Visual Studio Support. They specialize in addressing concerns regarding Visual Studio accounts and their associated benefits. You can submit an online request or contact them directly at 18007595474.

  • For those without a Visual Studio Subscription and are only signing up for free, please note that registration for the M365 DEV Subscription is currently closed, as announced on the Microsoft 365 Developer Program - Microsoft 365 Developer Blog. This impacts customers without a PAID & Active VSS. Any updates on when registration will resume or when this feature will become available again will be announced on the aforementioned blog. We also advise regularly visiting the blog announcement to stay informed about any changes.

 

Additionally, upon further investigation, The Microsoft 365 Developer Program is piloting a new verification process now and hope to roll it out in the next two-three weeks on the site or sooner. After joining the program, this new process allows customers to request a tenant, go through a validation process, and then receive an invitation. This will be announced when they roll this process out on the blog. 

I genuinely appreciate your kind understanding on this matter. Should you need further clarifications, please do not hesitate to let me know and I'll be glad to help you in the best way possible.
