Wrong user in MCT Training Download site

Hello.

I didn't get a chance to reply before the question expired.

I noticed after my renewal of my MCT this year that the name that appears in the upper corner of the Coureware download site is not my name.

I've created a zip file with the screenshots that show what I'm talking about. (Not sure how to attach it)

I've tried:

1) Incognito viewing in both Edge and Chrome

2) Deleted all the cache info

3) Ran on a computer with no extensions.

I appreciate your patience throughout this process.

 

We have received an update from our Support team that the issue has been fixed. They have updated your LDC profile.

 

Please check it on your end and let us know the outcome.

 

I also suggest for you to use a cache-cleared and InPrivate/incognito browser or use the new MS Edge that you can download here to avoid any issues.
