I have had the most appalling phone support on issues I had related to renewing my MCT IN Singapore.
I have asked to speak to a supervisor about the competency of one of the support personnel. Noone will call me back. I believe this is to prevent me from giving bad feedback.. I have emailed several times.
After 2 days I was able to solve it myself.
The incompetent support person closed the ticket without my approval.
I want the opportunity to feedback on this support issue.
As a paying MCT , I am entitled.
How do I proceed?
