Question

Q: Windows 10 problem with wifi

I installed Windows 10 preview on 2 laptops. Both laptops have a problem with the wifi occasionally. The WiFi will say connect but the websites never load. "Fix connection problem" message keeps coming up. But when I am plugged in directly to router, I have no internet issues. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anywhere i can submit this issue with a Windows 10 Tech?

thanks

Joel

Hi Joel,

There is a Feedback app in the windows store, I've not used but I would expect it is self explanatory.

I've found a mention of it here: (search this page for feedback app)

and some more info here:

In addition, Windows 10 Technical Preview is part of the insider program if you do not want to use the feedback app, you can report or find out about issues at the link below

Hello Joel,

Specific questions about course contents and the subject matter discussed may be too technical and it would be best to ask assistance from the Technology Developer themselves.

So that you may be assisted accordingly, you may direct your question to Microsoft Developer Network by posting your inquiry on their forum which you may access by clicking here.
