以下と全く同じエラーが発生しています。

エラーまでの操作、発生地点、エラー内容も同一です。
キャッシュクリア、Firefox利用ですが現象回避不可。
登録情報にスペース、ハイフンがないことも確認済ですが現象回避出来ません。
私も企業のアカウント認証（AAD 認証）が影響しているのでしょうか

以下、エラーメッセージです。

AADSTS50020: User account '**@***.co.jp' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'b9c392b1-7049-4d6c-86bf-9bb91214900d'(Microsoft Learning Identity Service) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
