100% discount voucher does not apply to Pearson Checkout

Hi,

I am trying to claim this discount for SC-200 exam I have available on my Certification profile.

When I press claim, It says claimed but It doesn't reflects on the checkout screen on Pearson website.

I have cleared cache , tried incognito and different browsers including Edge but still the same result.

Thank you for your response via private message.

Using the PSR, we have found out that there is special character under your address. With this, we already updated the details in our system along with your phone number.

In this case, please try again to apply the discount.

If it's same issue, please send us an updated PSR and kindly attach it via private message.
