Recently I passed ai-900 via certiport as I am a student. But the certification is not showing up in my Microsoft learn profile. I reached out to certiport but they requested me to contact Microsoft. Please help.

You can access your Certificates through the Certiport platform by following the steps below:
Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu.
Select the "Reports" tab.
Click "Print Certificates."
Select the program that you wish to print from the drop-down box or select "Any Program."
Select the date range, you may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click "Search."
All available certificates will be displayed. Check the box for the exams you wish to print and click "Print Certificates."
Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate.
We are looking forward to your information. If we receive any response from you within two (2) business days, we will proceed to close both this case and the Private Message.
