Hi Amrita1,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry about the experience you had with the exam AZ-204. Allow me to guide you with the best team that can help you in rescheduling the exam.

Since you have encountered a technical issue with the exam, we usually recommend contacting the exam delivery provider directly to report the incident so they can check for options as they have the visibility on what happen during the exam. You may contact their support team through the links below:

Pearson VUE: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact

Meanwhile, if the free voucher you have used is an ESI discount/company provided, it is suggested to contact the ESI support team as they are the ones who handles all concerns related to organizational benefit. You may create a ticket through the link below and sign in with your work email:

Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI): http://esisupport.microsoft.com/

Let me know how it goes when contacting the correct team.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
