AnyDesk was not running on my system, but i was disqualified frm writing PL100 Exam

Please I was disqualified from writing the PL100 exam. I was told that AnyDesk was running on my system. AnyDesk was not running on my system, please. I was not using any application. Sincerely, all applications were closed on my Desktop. This is the only chance I had to write this exam. Please help me, I have spent a lot of resources, time, and energy to prepare for this exam. Now, this happened to me. Please I am really depressed right now. And I need your help. This is my life. Please help me. please help me.
