I understand how important it is to register your exam along with your academic discount. Rest assured that I will provide you with guidance and assistance so you can avail yourself of this benefit.

To claim and apply your student discount, please follow the steps below:

1. Login at Learn Profile settings.

2. Scroll down to "Edit Interests" and click on "Begin interest survey"

   

3. Select "Career Paths", then choose Student.

   

   

4. Complete the rest of the Interest Survey and click "Finished" when completed.

For detailed reference, you may visit Student discounts | Microsoft Learn.

Please be advised that once your academic status is verified, the discount will then be reflected on the checkout page and will automatically attach to your scheduled exam.

Once you have completed the academic verification process outlined in my initial response, the discount will automatically be reflected on the checkout page, which will serve as confirmation of your student status.

Please note that after you have identified yourself as a student in your certification profile, you will be eligible for a 30% discount on fundamental exams (available in all countries) and a 45% discount on the commercial retail price for role-based exams (excluding India and China).

Please be advised that there's no need to submit any documentation for your proof of student status. As long as the student discount reflects, this will already indicate that your academic status is verified.

i am having the same issue, i completed the steps to mentioned, and added the student as my career, but when i go for checkout it shows me the full price to pay! Please also help me, it will be really appreciated! I am really looking forward to cracking the exam i have been preparing for!

I understand how important it is to schedule an exam with a discount.

If you are pertaining to Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, since this exam is under Fundamentals, you can avail you student discount of 30% off for this exam (for all countries).

While we do not currently offer a 100% discount, you might want to consider participating in our ongoing Microsoft Virtual Training Days event. This will entitle you to a 50% discount on the exam fee for selected exams, including the MS-900 exam. This could be an ideal opportunity, especially since you’re planning to take the MS-9000 exam. For more information and guidance about the event, feel free to check out the sticky post.

Furthermore, you may also visit the Microsoft Event Catalog and The Official Microsoft Blog to check the upcoming training and promotions; in that way, you may be able to stay up to date on any programs.
