Bug in PSI Bridge Secure Browser not started the Exam-900 due to already terminate Poweshell

Today, I have scheduled Exam AZ-900, As per the process i have downloaded the PSI Bridge Secure Browser to check the system requirment. but during the application check the process stuck due to powershell not terminate.


I have terminated the Powershell via control panel & Program> Turn Windows feature on/off & unchecked the Windows powershell then apply change completed sucessfully. The powershell terminated successfully but after all of this still the PSI Bridge Secure Browser stuck in Powershell.



Now since time is passed,Could you please allow me to reschedule of exam az-900 or credit my amount aganist account.so that i will rescheduling of exam?
