Hello Gowtham,
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.
I understand that you need assistance in rescheduling. Allow me to provide you with information for both offline and online to reschedule your exam.
Yes, you are allowed to schedule offline for your exam or missed the 24 hour timeframe, allow me to redirect you with the correct team exam provider regarding your exam to further assist you with rescheduling. They will be creating a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here. You may contact the exam provider to assist you since they have visibility of available seats/slots and can have this updated over the phone. Please see contact details below:
For online rescheduling an exam appointment can be done through certification dashboard. Please see the steps below:
Log in to your Certification Dashboard, then select Certifications.
In the “Appointments” section, find the appointment that you would like to cancel or reschedule.
Select the “Cancel/Reschedule”.
You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to cancel or reschedule your exam.
Note: Make sure to reschedule your exam online with 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeited fee. Please visit the Exam Reschedule and Cancellation policy page for more details.
