Cannot make Payment through MasterCard (Debit card) in India. How can I Resolve it?

I did try several times but the issue isn't resolving. I tried to make my Card Global for the International Transaction, but still the payment cannot be processed. I am stuck doing this for about 1 Month and still haven't found any solution. I need to take the az-900 exam as soon as possible. Why this payment process has to be so much difficult? the PersonVue Customer Service hasn't been supportive.
