Cannot sign into my Microsoft Learning Account

Whenever I try to sign into my Microsoft Learning account, I run into an issue, like loading a blank page and I can't review or renew my certifications.

I have tried signing in with different browsers and incognito as well, but still this doesn't work.

I have contacted an agent through https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and I was requested to open this forum.

As we understand, it has not been possible for you to access Your Dashboard, since the page stays blank.

 

We will be more than glad to attend your request. To do so, please follow the steps listed below to rule out browser-related issues.  

 

  1. Please create a screen recording using the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) tool.     

  2. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.     

  3. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.     

  4. Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard.     

  5. Log in using the email address associated with your MC Profile.     

  6. Click on “View Certificates”

 

If after following these steps, you keep encountering the blank page, please share the PSR recording with us along with some information we require to review your MC Profile. Please share these details over the Private Message section we have initiated. 

 

Once we receive this information, we will be pleased to proceed with the proper process. Bear in mind that if we do not receive any response within 2 business days, the thread will be closed and locked.
