Cannot view my new organization in Partner university

Hi,

I have changed my microsoft account were I have done some certifications to a new organization, but when I look at the top right of the partner university page (https://partneruniversity.microsoft.com/) I see my name and the old Organization.

How can I change to my new organization? It doesn't show up in the "Switch organization" option.

Best regards,
