Can't access my Microsoft Certification Dashboard

Hi,

I finished my first exam from Microsoft, I received an e-mail to access my certification in Microsoft Certification Dashboard - https://www.microsoft.com/learning/dashboard, with my Microsoft Certification ID and a Temporary Access Code. When I first clicked on the link, I was sent to the Microsoft login screen, entered the credentials of my Personal Microsoft Account, and was sent to a screen asking for the MCID and Temporary Access Code. I received an error message saying: "Invalid MCID".

I tried to enter with another Microsoft Account (from the center where I did the training course for the exam, and the exam), nothing there, too.

Now, I can't access that first screen asking for the MCID and Access Code anymore. When I login through the above link, I'm sent to the Microsoft login screen, enter my personal Microsoft account, and am sent to the Microsoft Learn Platform. On the Profile > Certifications section, I am told to connect the certification profile, but when I follow the steps, I am told that I have no certifications associated to my personal email/account.

Please help me. How can I access my certifications / Microsoft Certification Dashboard?

This is very confusing, going in circles without understanding where to go and where to ask support.

1) What is the Microsoft Cetification Dashboard? Is it the same as Microsoft Learn? How do I access it? Should I access it with my personal Microsoft account credentials?

The e-mail doesn't explain any of this, it is confusing. It doesn't explain which account should I use to login and acess the dashboard, and why I can't access.

2) The e-mail says : "If you need assistance with your Microsoft Certification ID, or to merge profiles, contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/help ". However, I can't find it. Following the link, I'm send to this forum. Can't I contact directly a support team to get help solving this? Is it only through this forum?

Thanks.

Mariana
