Certificate for Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals DP-900

Goodmorning,

Last *removed* (*removed*) I passed the Online Exam for Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals DP-900 via Pearson Vue.

After finishing the exam I expected to get a Certificate immediately, but there was no announcement of it at all.

I sent an e-mail to Pearson and they told me to contact you.

When can I expect that certificate?

By the way; I think it’s very weird that I took a Certified exam and that I have to go search for my Certificate now……..

Based on your inquiry, we understand you have passed the Exam DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, however your Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals is not visible on your Certification Profile. We will be happy to help you.

Note: With the changes implemented in our site on July 8th (links below), our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles or complete any processes (merging, migrations, etc.)

With this information provided, to locate your previously achieved Certifications, we advise following these steps using all the Microsoft accounts you may have associated with your Certification Profile in the past.

If you are still unable to find your certificate, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

If no response is received within two business days, we will proceed to close and lock this case as well as the Private Message.

Hi Tatiana,

After passing the exam, I expected to get a real (online) Certificate.

Instead I see just a notification in Microsoft Learn.

That doesn't look like an official document, but just a message.

I don't think that is something I can use on a resume.

I expected more of Microsoft Certified Modules :-(

By the way, I can't find that "certificate" anymore.

It's somewehere hidden deep, instead of in my profile's certificates.

I hope something can be done about this.

We can confirm that once you complete the Exam DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals you receive a certificate, this certificate is reflected in the account used to take the exam and you have the official certificate to download, print and share.

Steps to download your certificates:

4.    Use the Personal email associated with your account.

5.    Select Credentials > Certifications and check your certificate:

  1. Select Print and choose Save to PDF or print from the Printer dropdown menu. You can then attach the downloaded PDF to an email, print, or save it for your records.

If the certificate is missing from your account: we will be more than happy to help you checking the missing certificate, to verify the account, please provide the requested information via private message:
