Certificate not available, even after one week of passing the examination

Please help as I am unable to see any certificate on the dashboard ,I have passed   examination on ****** and one week has already passed.

We understand that you are not able to visualize or download your Certification in Your Dashboard, and we will be more than glad to assist you.

Thank you so much for sharing the information. We have reviewed and we would like to inform that the Exam MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops is one of the two requirements to get the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, there is also necessary to complete the Exam MD-100: Windows 10. As the conditions for achieving it are pending to meet, the system has not generated the corresponding Certificate, that is the reason why it has not been possible for you to visualize the Certification.

If you are looking to get the Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certificate, you can click here to know the guidelines for obtaining it.

Keep in mind that Microsoft only certifies candidates who fulfill all the requirements to earn a Certification, no Certification is given to an individual exam.

However, in the Badges section of Your Dashboard you can find one related to the presentation of the Exams, as you can get a Badge for MD-101.

Also you will be able to see it in your Transcript, as it shows the records of each Exam.
