Certification for Microsoft 365 E5

Our organization is launching a project exclusively utilizing Microsoft 365 E5 licenses. As part of this initiative, we aim to provide comprehensive training for the customer about the main features included in the license. Could you inform us if there exists an official Microsoft certification based on the E5 license, or perhaps a broader certification that includes the E5 license?
