Certification in credly not showing in Learn

I have two certification form Microsoft, showing up on the site Credly, but they aren't synced with my learn profile.

We understand you want to know about your Microsoft Certification - Badge and will be happy to assist you as soon as we can.

 

Bear in mind that due to some delays in the system, it is possible that some emails will not be received.

 

In order to claim your Badges, please click on this link to get to the Credly Platform and type the email associated to your Certification Profile, then you will be able to see your unclaimed badge.

 

To download your Certificate, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  2. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

  3. Go to Microsoft Learn

  4. Log in with your credentials.

  5. Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu

  6. Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile.

  7. Scroll to the certification you would like to access and select “View certification details” below the description.

  8. Under the certification title, there are two link options: “Print certificate” and “Share.”

  9. Select print and change the printer to convert to PDF.

 

Remember, you can access your badge through any of the notification emails or credential reminders. Or, if you no longer have those emails, you can access your Acclaim account. If you do not have an account, you can create an account on the Acclaim* Platform Site using the same email address that Microsoft has on file for you. Once this is done, you will find the badge in your account. Please note that Microsoft may suspend the Digital Badge Program at any time. Acclaim - Acclaim (youracclaim.com)

 

Please know that when it comes to (Microsoft’s Office Specialist) Certification, you may download it, along with the Badge, through Certiport’s page.
