Please know that the notifications are sent to the account that you have as a contact email, but it is possible that the login account is different. With that said, we suggest you try to access with all the personal accounts that might have been linked to your profile when scheduling the exam.
If you are still unable to see the certification, we need you to provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) where we can evidence it (make sure we can see all the email accounts you are using to access your profile).
Please include these steps:
Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.
Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.
Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard.
Sign in with your personal account
Select Credentials > Certifications
Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings. Also remember to make an extra click to have the last picture.
