Certiport certifications not showing in Microsoft Learn profile

Hello, I earned multiple Microsoft certifications via Certiport using my email address **********. These include:

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

  • Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

  • Microsoft Certified Educator

  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2019

Certiport confirmed that my email is correctly linked to the account, but I cannot see these certifications in my Microsoft Learn profile.

I am aware that integration between Certiport and Microsoft Learn is ongoing, but I would like to confirm if I need to take any action or just wait for the sync.

I am sure the MCT Program will accept your certifications from Certiport as this is a known issue. This is something to raise with your ISC and they can validate with the MCT Program

However, your MOS and Fundamentals certifications do not currently qualify for MCT (except for the specific Microsoft Certified Trainer End User Program New MCT Category: End User Qualification - Now Available to TSPs | Microsoft Community Hub where you just need AI-900)
