Certiport Exam Results not showing in Microsoft Learn account?

Hi,

I recently passed MS-900 exam with Certiport and can see the results in Certiport control panel.

Certiport account is the same email address as my Microsoft Learn account but no detail is showing in either my Microsoft profile or transcript.

Please could someone help me link Certiport with my Microsoft learn account?

As we understand, you want to add your Certiport certification to Learn. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry. 

We have just received an update from our team regarding Certiport certifications:

"Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Microsoft Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity in one place. In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience and for any delay in responding to your case submission.

Customers who earn a Microsoft Certification at Certiport will be required to view, share, and manage their Certiport-earned credentials within their Certiport Test Candidate profile. Customers who earn certifications at both Certiport and Pearson will need to view, share and manage their certifications in two locations (Certiport Account + Microsoft Learn profile)."

To sum up, Certiport certifications will no longer be displayed on Microsoft Learn until further notice. In this case, as your Certificate was completed through Certiport, you must access it through their platform - Certiport (pearsonvue.com).

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for your response. Is there any kind of work around for this? The reason I ask is that I took the exam as part of working towards Microsofts 'Modern Work' Designation. So the end result I need to get to is my Microsoft Learn account needs to recognise that I have passed the exam so that it counts towards the Modern Work points system for my organization.

Unfortunately, there is no current work-around for Certiport certificates to be displayed on the Learn platform now, however, this is not a permanent feature as our team is already working on it. We are unsure of when they will be available, but you can rest assured that later this year you will be able to access everything on your Learn profile.

For this particular inquiry, we suggest you attempt to reach the Certiport support team as they might be able to provide further details about your Certifications: Support :: Certiport (pearsonvue.com).

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Remember that if no response is received within the next business day, the thread will be closed and locked.
