Hi Yasin.

We hope you find well!

To validate information, via private message. To proceed with your account, it needs to be Migrated. This process will help us to show your certificates and associate your account with the email address that you want to associate with.

Remember to make the process well, in Step 3 you must Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Learn, different to your Emails address.

To continue with this process, please follow these steps:

1.    Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

2.    Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3.    Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Learn, different to your email address (if you do not have one, we invite you to create one Here).

Image

4.    If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar.

Image

5.    After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard, as shown in the image below.

Image

6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

Image

7.    After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, you will see this website, please fill in the fields MC ID and Access code.

8.    Fill in the fields with the following information:

o    MCID:

o    Access Code:

Hi Yasin.

After checking your account, we started the Email change process. This process will help us to show your certificates and associate your account with the email address that you want to associate with.

Follow the steps below to change your Email with this procedure called Migration.

  • Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N.

  • Sign in with the Microsoft Email Account that you want to use in your Microsoft's Certification Profile.

  • If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP HOME” which will direct you to Your Dashboard. You can then copy and paste the same link into the search bar on step. IMAGE

It will ask you for these details:

  • MCID:

  • Access Code:

To protect personal information, these credentials are provided via Private Message.

Please let us know if it works, we will be waiting for your confirmation.

Hi Yasin.

In this case, the email you leave as the main or MSA in the migration process is @gmail.com, therefore, the Microsoft Learn profile only connects with this email and it is where they are all certified. In addition, @hotmail.com this email is only as contact email so your certificates will not be with this email.

To continue the process of linking accounts between your MS Learn and your Microsoft’s Certification Profile please follow the instructions in the link below:

Please keep in mind that personal email is required when you are accessing the Microsoft Certified Professional platform, and scheduling Certification Exams, not a partner or organization Email address.

Microsoft Certification profiles can be associated to a total of three E-mail addresses:

  1. An E-mail address is used to register and sign into the Certification Dashboard (Personal).

  2. An E-mail address that can be displayed in the Transcript and at the time of scheduling exams or modifying the Profile's information (referred to as Contact E-mail, this can be an organizational address).

  3. An organizational E-mail address that is associated to apply discounts given by your organization.

Once you set up your MCP profile with a personal MS account, you can link the profiles through these resources:

Please keep in mind that if we do not hear back from you within two business days, we will close and lock this case.

Sincerely,

Santiago Suarez

Hi Yasin.

Thank you for the information provided in your last response. Please know that to continue with the resolution of your case and continue with the assistance, you should follow each step mentioned in the migration post.

For this, you must complete step 3: To link your Current Account, type a Microsoft Email Account into the login field.  The login must be one you have never used before in a Microsoft’s Certification Profile (If you do not have a login, we invite you to create one Here)

The information previously mentioned is because step 3 is a temporary process while we can complete the migration and leave the information that you prefer as primary* @hotmail.com. Remember that you can direct yourself to the Private Message using this link:

After reviewing this feature, you can let us know if you have other concerns. We will be waiting for your comments if more questions arise.

We will be waiting for your reply with the Migration confirmation to be able to continue with the assistance. Consider that if we do not get any answer within the next two business days, the case will be concluded.
