Check If Microsoft Learn Account is linked with Old Employer

Hi,

How do I check if my Microsoft Learn account is linked with anyone else?

I linked my Microsoft Learn account with my old employer but it never showed up in Account Management located here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/users/me/settings#edit-info-form using my personal account. But my certs did show up on their work portal.

How can I confirm if my Microsoft learn profile/certs have been fully removed from an old employer.

Thanks

Answer

Hello, dwright!

Thank you so much for the information you have provided.

We have confirmed that your account is properly aligned and there is only one certification profile under your name with the information provided via Private Message.

Regarding the Partner Center, since your previous employee is still visualizing your information, we recommend you complete the steps to unlink your account from the Partner portal, please follow the steps provided at the following link:

If you have completed the previous steps, the issue persists. Since we have confirmed that your certification profile is correctly aligned, if you still have issues with the Partner Center information of your previous employee, we recommend you to contact the Partner Center Team so they can check this information for you.

Please note that we have limited access to the Partner center, as we provide support only for the Microsoft Certification platform (MSA).

As much as the Microsoft Certification Program would like to assist you, the Partner center Support is supporting these issues.

Due to that reason, we recommend contacting our Partner Center team, since they are the ones that should review the information that is available under their portal:

Partner Center (microsoft.com)

We would like to know if the information provided was useful for you and we can go ahead and close this case or if you need further assistance regarding your Microsoft's Certification Profile.

If the support solved your request, please indicate “Yes” to the question Did this solve your issue?” shown below and the case will be concluded. By answering this question, you are providing valuable feedback, so that other Learners can benefit from this certification program.

If we do not receive a response, the thread will be concluded within one business day.
