Cloud Ready Skills Refer Student verification case to Microsoft

Hi Microsoft Team,

I have short time to learn and schedule the exam with cloud ready skills. because schedule the exam with cloud ready skills I have to verify my student level. 

I have wrote detail information    about my student level in Master in information security unfortunately, the cloud ready skills refer me to contact for verification of student. 

it is request kindly approve as student account so I could able to schedule the all exams.

Hi there I have got Admission in Royal Holloway university of London in Master in information security. 

I have all revenant document and attached as well for student verification. purpose. Last date is 18-june-2023 I'm afraid if it get verified after the deadline then there is no mean for me such verification.

 If you can approve as soon as possible after instant verification so I COULD Able to learn and schedule my exams

Unfortunately they give an error " Your email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error. please contact support

I have attached my Admission Offer Letter from royal holloway university of london CLASSES Begin with September

Please verify the student status asap because I have to schedule the exam from cloud ready skill

Since I will be able to call you by the next business day (Monday, June 19, 2023), I kindly request you to share with us a step-by-step screenshot of the incident you faced while verifying your academic status using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (using Mac). It would be preferable if you could use the InPrivate Edge browser for this process. Please begin from the sign-in page and continue until you encounter the error, as this will help us identify the cause of the issue.

Rest assured that once we receive the screenshots, I will coordinate with our support team for further investigation. My Academic career is on stake due to Microsoft Technical Issues. However, it's been plenty of days trying to get upload the Quick Time Video file here Unfortunately it says larger file as I have attached below.

Therefore, I upload the video on Google Drive and paste the link here of both videos Please this time watch these both videos. in these videos I have identity technical issues from Microsoft.

On other hand. In video I have shared my Royal Hollow university of London Student Portal as well where I have shared Success full addmision acceptance from university in MS Information Security.

Further, There are 8 eight exams I have to schedules due to Microsoft technical issue I am unable to do therefore, I request to Microsoft issue the 8 exams vouchers in my Microsoft id or issue Vocher code So I could schedule the exam.

I have mentioned all the exam details in last messages.

both video completely identify the Microsoft issue.
