Many months ago I passed an exam. At that time I believe I must have inadvertently (perhaps by an autocompleted field...?) associated an old or temporary outlook.com email address with my exam. I discovered this around a month ago with the help of a Microsoft agent who contacted me to try to resolve the issue of my missing credential. I was told that this could be resolved, but that the system which is used to resolve such issues was undergoing maintenance and would not be available for a few weeks.
Now, I have reached out to the same people at Pearson VUE that I initially contacted about my missing credentials and they are telling me to simply contact Microsoft directly. I asked them how to do that and they rereferred me to the FAQ page that has no contact information.
I have tried many times to recover the old account, but I simply can't recall the password and don't have any idea what other email address might be connected to the account.
Does anyone know how to get assistance with this matter?
