Please do note that Microsoft provides certificate per certification completed rather than per exam. Each certification may include one or more exams. For you to download the certificates you need to pass all the required exams for that certification, not for the individual exam completed or passed.

On the other hand, if you are looking for an MCP certificate, we have an update last February 1, that Microsoft Certified Professional certificate is no longer available. The exam you have pass will be added to your transcript but may not be listed on your certificates for download. To know more, please see this link.

Going back to your case, exam AZ-300 is one of the requirements for Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Once you have completed the other required exam which is AZ-301, you’ll obtain the certification for Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
