Connect Microsoft Learn accounts (Personal & Work) without logging to both accounts from one computer (security policies)

Hello, let me just preface this with saying I read all related posts to this topic and I know how to link the accounts usually.

Desired outcome:

I want to link my personal & work Microsoft Learn accounts.

Situation:

- I cannot log into my work account from any other computer besides my work computer.

- On the work computer, I cannot log into any other account besides my work Microsoft 365 account (Error code 80045SC4D - Signin restricted by cross tenant access policy for consumer accounts.).

The problem:

When I log into my personal account on my personal computer and proceed to add a work account in settings, it redirects to a sign in page, and this page won't work, since I'm using my personal computer.

When I try to do the same process from work computer, that doesn't work either due to strict security policies.

Desired fix:

Is it possible to connect the two accounts in some other way so that they share my learning progress? By some other way, I mean in a way that does not require logging into both accounts from the same computer. So, for example, I click "add work account" and instead of logging in, I continue the process on another computer (approve request sent to my work email address or something of that sort).

Alternatively, is there some way to contact Microsoft Support about this if there's no self-help way to fix the issue?

Thanks,
