We would like to confirm that we have limited access to the Learn Platform and we can only guide you to connect with their support line, which can only be reached through the Feedback forms in the bottom part of the Microsoft Learn support - Troubleshooting known issues | Microsoft Docs.

Taking this into consideration, for you to be able to change the Email account associated to your Learn account you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Learn platform.

  2. Log in using your credentials.

  3. Go to settings > Account management

  4. Link the email you want to change.

  5. Switch accounts and then confirm.

To continue the process of accounts linking between your MS Learn and your Microsoft’s Certification Profile please follow the instructions in the link below:
