Credly certification not showing up on Microsoft learn profile

Hey,

In ** I have done the exam to get the Microsoft certificate on power platform fundamentals. I passed and the certificate was linked to my credly account on the same email as I'm using on the Microsoft learn account. However, now I want to view my certificate and print it and it doesn't show up on my Microsoft learn account.

Can my certificate be linked again? See pictures below.

Thanks!

Hello Atjpatatatj.

Hope this message finds you very well. Thank you for providing us with all the information requested.

“Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

In this case, what you can do is share your Certification or transcript on Certiport is:

Log in, change your role to Trial Candidate, and click on the "My Transcript" tab. Here you can view your score reports or print online copies of the certificates earned by clicking on the "PDF" links (only certificates that Certiport complies with can be printed). For additional information about transcripts and certificates, read the Using your test candidate profile page

Please let us know if you have any other questions, or if the assistance provided resolved your request, please indicate "Yes" to the question below and we will proceed with closing this thread. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and blocked within the next two business days.

Wishing you the best!
