Didnt get confimation mail after registering to PL 300 exam

HI i have just registered for the Microsoft PL-300 exam. I have paid the amount and it says appointment is confirmed and money got deducted.But i didnt get any confirmation mail.Please can any one suggest me what to do

I admire your eagerness for the Microsoft Credentials as you scheduled a PL-300 exam, I understand that you have not received the confirmation email for your exam. Allow me to assist you with the options to move forward.

Since you haven't received the confirmation email, please share the information requested through the private message that I initiated for us to verify your profile and investigate this further. I highly recommend checking your spam/junk mail to make sure that we don't miss anything.

Alternatively, you should be able to access your exam appointment through your Credentials dashboard, kindly log in using the same email address you used in registering for the exam, then go to your profile and click on the Credentials tab you should be able to access the exam appointment on your dashboard.

If your PL-300 exam does not show, this may be due to a duplicate profile while the exam appointment is on another profile.

In any case, if you wish to reschedule your exam, please be advised to reschedule your exam at least 24 hours from the scheduled date to avoid being tagged as "No-show" and the forfeiture of any fees and/or discounts used for the exam., the best option is to call Pearson VUE directly as they have access to your exam appointment and can assist you with your concerns.
