Hi Steven,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand that the content on your practice exam is not the exact content of the exam you have taken. Let me provide further information regarding the study guide for an exam.

Please know that all learning materials related to a given job role are built from the same job task analysis. As a result, the learning content should be closely aligned to the exams.

Just to set your expectation, these training materials are only guide to prepare for the exam. There is no guarantee that the modules on the training course will be the same on the exam proper.

As part of my recommendation, if you have a dispute regarding your exam due to exam question/content that led to getting low grade and would like to request an evaluation, you can submit an Exam Item Challenge so our support team may investigate the issue.

You can submit an Exam Item Challenge so our support team may investigate the issue through exam item challenge process that is also designed to help identify and correct problematic questions. In order to do so, kindly visit this page.

Microsoft Certification team will review your submission for completeness. With this, please make sure to provide detailed information as much as you can.
