Error code: 40315; Phone number not passing security checks

I'm trying to sign for ES subscription, but for contact confirmation, I'm not able to receive OTP. It's showing error message as:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number did not pass security checks.

MS-CorrelationId: *removed*

Code: *removed*

Please help in this regard.
