Exam AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design. The content of this exam will be updated on July 26, 2021. What time zone it refer here?

My exam is scheduled at 8:00pm (Pacific time zone) on July 25th, 2021. If the exam update happens on UTC time zone, it will be on July 26th, 2021. I want to confirm when the new exam officially switch and on what time zone when Microsoft update the exam. I have called Pearson support, they don't know the answer and ask me to reach out to Microsoft. Please confirm when the exam is scheduled to switch on July 26, and on what time zone. Or when will be the last chance we can take the AZ-304 exam with the current version. Thank You!
