Exam Check-In Stuck at "Uploading and verifying photo"

Hello, 

I was meant to take my MS-500 exam today at 11:45 CET. I did the required checks prior to the exam (using the ONVUE exe) and everything went fine. I came up to the process where I have to upload my photos. So i took my photo an tried to upload it with my mobile device (Android Phone). Ever since then I am stuck at the "Uploading and verifying photo" screen. I tried to contact pearson via live chat but even after 20 mins no Agent was available. I have a working internet connection (otherwise I wouldn't be able to write this post right now). So I don't exactly know what to do now.

Can I get a reschedule for my exam and how do i achieve that ?

As per the launching of the exam and check-in process, make sure that you have run the system test again to verify if your computer, location, and internet connection are compatible with the Pearson VUE OnVUE software and testing guidelines.

 

Since you are having issues on the Pearson Vue site, I would recommend for you to contact Pearson Vue directly to conduct further investigation and assist you in rescheduling your exam as we do not have visibility on available slots/date for your next exam:
