exam reschedule mail

I had an exam scheduled to which i logged in but was facing some glitch from your end. The invigilator repeatedly suggested me to logout of onvue and relaunch the exam which i did almost about 4 5 times, following this the issue wasn't resolved to which i was suggest to logout permanently and I'll receiving a rescheduling mail in about 24-48 hours but I haven't received any .Kindly look into the matter and provide me the solution.
