Help! I am having issues with certain keyboard shortcuts on windows 11 home

So I dropped my keyboard the other day and ever since that happened I have been having issues with certain keyboard shortcuts on windows 11

Ctrl + alt + delete - doesn’t do anything when I click it.

Alt + tab = used to open the last window opened now it is task view.

My alt buttons act like window buttons where they bring up the start menu.

Now I have tried troubleshooting tips already. The most drastic measure I tried was fully resetting my pc to factory settings which seemed to work for a moment and then when I signed in to my pc and used the same shortcuts I had the same problems with the shortcuts.

Any help would be much appreciated and greatly welcomed
