How do I move my certifications to another Microsoft account?

Apologies if I misidentified you and the issue was not resolved.

Your registered email on your profiles is the Outlook one. I have refreshed your profile for you to be able to relink your preferred Microsoft account.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Sign in to the MCP Member Site using your Microsoft account: (see private message).
2. Enter your MCID: (see private message) and the Access Code: (see private message) on the migration page.
3. Click “Next.”
