How I reschedule my exam?

 

Dear Sir,

I am ***Removed***. As per  ID proof, my name is ***Removed***. but I registered my name as ***Removed*** while applying for the Microsoft exam( Az-104), But  my photo id and signature matched the government ID. I hereby request you to allow me to appear for the exam by rescheduling my exam date for the coming week.  because This is my 3rd attempt at writing the exam. Due to technical reasons,  I am not able to attend my exam. So, Please do needful

I appreciate you providing the details of the errors you experienced. Upon checking your profile, I can see that you have an open case via this thread with my colleague @Francis_D14 which is about you concerning in your legal name change and rescheduling request. I can see that he already advised you to fill out the Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request form for verifyin your legal name and to contact Pearson Vue Customer Service for immediate assistance in adjusting your scheduled exam.

To avoid confusion in providing resolution to multiple cases, please refer back to your original post and continue working with the assigned moderator. This case will now be closed and locked.
